Description: 2010 Keystone Springdale 284 equipped with a 10,155 GVWR, king pin coupler, fiberglass exterior, 1 slideout, bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Replace.

Exterior: Rear drivers corner seam is split open, rear wall is delaminated, and is soft in some spots. Passenger side front wall has a crack and is delaminated, screwed down.

Interior: Couch and bunk beds have holes, one bunk mattress is missing, and most of the woodwork in living area has been chewed up. Rear wall has a hole in it and is soft from water damage.

Mechanical: Coach battery needs to be replaced.
