Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.

Exterior: Awning is torn off. Sun faded/decals cracked. Hole in the floor from a tire blow out.

Interior: Left rear corner, wall above and to the left of the slideout are soft/water damaged. Both front side walls are soft. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Mechanical: Missing battery and propane tanks. The slideout is manually operated.
