Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Insurance loss / please see all photos.

Exterior: Roof is patched with tape in a few spots. Moderate dings and scratches. Damage to front right corner. Pop out canvas has a few holes on left and patches on front. Pop out support poles are missing. See pictures for details.

Interior: Urine smell. Rodent infestation. Floors are stained and a bit soft. Stains on curtains.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced.
