Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Rear window is out, roof is damaged, rear wall is cracked, roof/vent cover/skylight are broken. A/C unit is loose. Storage door by the entryway is broken.

Interior: Rear wall is cracked, slideout face plate is loose, missing bedroom mattress, door frame is broken, and pieces of trim are broken/missing. Cracks in ceiling.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Front bedroom slideout does not operate. Missing propane tanks. Unit was towed into our lot.
