Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Slideout awnings are torn. Small hole in front storage compartment door. Crack siliconed along bottom corner of front slideout. Weather seal around slideouts worn/missing (need to be replaced). See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Water damage in rear living area with a soft spot in the floor and damage to walls. Hole in wall near back window and trim falling off. Missing ceiling fan/light from living area. Light stains in carpets.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. No propane tanks.
