Tire Condition: Cracked / 75% tread.

Insurance loss. / Please see all pictures.

Exterior: Sun faded, decals peeling, siding missing/cracked on the front right, awning is torn, and wheel lips are cracked.

Interior: Front passenger wall is soft from water damage. Rear side walls have new paneling. Shower is recaulked poorly. Wear/stains.

Mechanical: No keys. Missing battery and propane tanks. Unit was towed into our lot.
