Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: All decals are peeling/missing. Skirting on driver side is secured with duct tape. Support pole by bedroom door is secured with rope. See pictures for cosmetic condition.

Interior: Dinette window trim needs to be resecured. Water damage above slideout. Missing cabinet door face below dinette table and seat cushion. Crack in the flooring by the rear entry door.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
