Tire Condition: Replace one tire (cracking in thread). Remaining tires in good condition with 75% tread.
Exterior: Rear door and one exterior kitchenette latch are damaged. See pictures for any other cosmetic damages.
Interior: Slight water damage to kitchen cabinets and bathroom trim. Half bath door does not fully shut, living area shades stuck in the down position, and bathroom door is hindered by a tv in the bathroom.
Mechanical: Propane tanks are missing and battery will need to be replaced.
