Exterior: Awning is torn. Crack above awning and rear slideout corner. Small tears on the passenger roof edge.

Interior: Vinyl floor in kitchen is torn, small patch on shower floor, bedroom closet door is broken, and the cabinet wall left of the oven is bowed. Light odor urine. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
