Exterior: Awning is torn. Exterior kitchenette is worn and missing a refrigerator.

Interior: Missing bed and microwave. Light water damage/wear along bottom of woodwork. Burn and damage to kitchen counter top/sink. Couch is ripped at the seam. Bedroom storage compartment is boarded over. See pictures for details.
