Description: 2010 Crossroads Cruiser 30 equipped with an 11,760 GVWR, kingpin coupler, fiberglass exterior, three slideouts, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Front is sun faded, decals cracking, and the rear ladder has been replaced (screw holes in wall). Roof is damaged/pushed down with a large hole. A/C unit is cracked/broken.

Interior: Missing dinette set and mattress. Rear ceiling is damaged/pushed down. Rear wall is soft/water damaged. See pictures.

Mechanical: No keys. Missing propane tanks and battery. Kitchen slideout does not move (to much weight/pressure on it).
