Tire Condition: Good / 25% tread.

Exterior: Rear wall is delaminated. Awning is torn off. Roof vent covers and the entry door handle are broken.

Interior: Water damage in the left rear corner. Most screens are missing/torn. Floor is sun faded, torn, and soft in the entryway area. Cabinets above the bed are warped. Dinette cushion is torn and the bathroom door has holes in it. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Missing battery and propane tanks. The slideout wiring has been redirected and is taped up.
