Trailer: Front jack does not operate. Right tire needs to be replaced (won't hold air).

Interior: Trolling motor is not mounted.
Mechanical: No keys (was able to pick lock to verify starts/runs). The throttle sticks and the power pole is damaged (has to be tied into place). Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
