Exterior: Awning is torn, decals starting to crack/peel, and delamination on the rear right wall. See pictures for details.

Interior: Floor is soft. Water damage on back wall.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing propane tanks. Front slideout is off track with a loud clicking noise and does not go in all of the way.
