Exterior: Caulking around windows on the driver's side, recalling around the roof, entry step is bent, and the siding above slideout pulls out when slideout moves out.

Interior: Missing mattress and microwave. Entry door flooring is delaminating. Wall above the slideout is soft. Normal stains/wear.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced.
