Exterior: Front awning arm is bent and will not stay down. Normal wear from use.

Interior: Damage to bedroom mattress, blinds, couch, and woodwork in kitchen. Dinette wood rails need to be resecured. One dinette leg is not secured to the floor. Trim by refrigerator needs to be reattached.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
