Exterior: Right rear corner is separated from the frame. Exterior panels are sun faded with delaminating in areas. Broken window in the front right. Roof membrane is delaminating in the rear. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Ceiling paper is delaminated in areas.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced. Missing front post jack.
