Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Receiver cover is cracked. Wheels on passenger side do not match. Damage to passenger side skirting. Oxidation/sun damage to exterior. Missing both side fenders. The rear two slideouts stick partially out. See pictures for details.

Interior: Scuffs/scratches. Wear to furniture in living area. Bedroom and bathroom condition unknown.

Mechanical: Damage to the hydraulic system. Slideouts are inoperable. Battery needs to be replaced.
