Exterior: Rear compartment door is zip-tied shut. The compartment cover by entry door is missing.

Interior: Dinette is disassembled, damage to the woodwork/upholstery, hole in kitchen counter, bathroom outlet is not secured, and water stains in the bedroom. Missing bedroom mattress. Refrigerator and microwave are not the originals. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Slideouts do not operate and are secured shut with ratchet straps.
