Exterior: Cargo door is falling off hinges/broken. Skirting is damaged, hole next to the main door, awning is torn, delaminating under bedroom slideout, and bedroom slideout flooring is damaged/wood showing. Roof is dented and has hail dings. Roof has tape that is possibly covering holes.

Interior: Screw holes in walls. Bedroom wallpaper is torn. Hallway to bedroom and floor in front of the couch are soft.

Mechanical: Missing battery. Kitchen slideout does not extend out all the way.
