Description: 2017 Coleman (by Dutchmen) Light 1805RB equipped with a 7,600 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, one slideout, bed, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof is soft. Missing awning. Paint is faded. Bubbling is forming on the front left side of camper. Outside electrical box is taped.

Interior: Wires are hanging down from ceiling where A/C unit was. Slideout does not operate (wiring issue). Stains in the flooring. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.

Miscellaneous: There was a roach/rat infestation (bombed for both). There is still a rat moving around in the ceiling area.
