Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Rear half of the roof is soft with patched seams. Several panels around the rear half are delaminating.

Interior: Detached wall panel in bedroom closet with water damage. Corner of the floor around the living area is soft and water damaged.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Splendide 2000 washer/dryer is untested.
