Mechanical: Does not start/run. Turns over only. Engine was hydro-locked. We have pickled engine(drained oil, exhaust manifolds, and block). Spark plugs have been removed. Sandy water came out of engine, possible internal damage. Prop missing. Skeg damaged. Battery needs a replacement.
