Description: 2017 Coachmen (by Forest River) Catalina Legacy Edition 273DBS equipped with a 7,700 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, audio system, one slide-out, bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Passenger side wheels and tires do not match. Fender is bent, hole in siding by entry door, trim is bent, window seals on slide-out are not properly secured, and entry steps are broken. See pictures.

Interior: Table finish is damaged, bedroom bed is disassembled, bathroom floor vent is bent, and blinds are damaged.

Mechanical: Slide-out is crooked in the slot. Battery will need to be replaced and keys are missing.
