Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Front right corner is peeled open with water damage/delaminating. Front storage area floor is soft. The outdoor kitchen hatch and slideout are delaminating. One strut is weak and the other is detached. See pictures for details.

Interior: Floor is soft. Couch is worn. Front right closet has water damage. Left closet has light water stains.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced.
