Tire Condition: Good / 75% tread.

Exterior: Awning is torn. Hole in the left side (covered). Normal wear/stains from use.

Interior: Missing part of floor/wall. Wiring and plumbing have been cut. Please see all pictures for damages/condition. Unknown condition of slideout flooring.

Mechanical: Missing battery and propane tanks. Wiring in the unit has been cut, making slideouts and other electronics inoperable.
