Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof has soft spots on the corners. Damage to the front of the unit (causing leaks) and the rear left corner. See pictures for cosmetic condition.

Interior: Cuts in the flooring. Stained and water damaged.

Mechanical: Batteries need to be charged/replaced. Bunk does not operate. Generator cranks, but won't stay running (needs gas). One of the tires is the wrong size (appears to be from a boat trailer).
