Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Right rear roof corner is soft/patched. Hail damage. The front right corner, rear wall, slideout, and rear left corner are delaminated. Torn seam on the rear left corner that has been taped.

Interior: Mattress is torn. Ceiling is yellowed towards the rear. Rear window screens are partially detached. Mold in the carpet in the rear left corner and right bedroom cabinet. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
