Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Surface rust on front loading jacks and entry stairs. Decals peeling, sun fading, and oxidation. Passenger side fender is cracked.

Interior: Carpet worn/stained. Tattered carpet edges in living area, furniture doesn't match/worn, damage to dinette table finish, and blinds missing from the entry door. Fireplace faux brickwork trim needs to be reattached.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Right rear slideout is inoperable (rear side pulley wire is broken so the back half doesn't move).
