Description: 2010 Keystone Cougar 298BHS equipped with a 10,875 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, two slideouts, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Worn / 50% tread.

Exterior: Missing left slideout window. Peeling graphics. Front and rear are delaminated/water damaged. The roof leaks, awning is torn, and left slideout frame is missing. See pictures for cosmetic condition.

Interior: Bedroom mattress is missing. Water damage to front bedroom walls and in the left slideout (where window is missing). Mold/mildew odor.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Toilet line leaked when trying to winterize. Slideout and awning switches do not work, have to manually operate at motors with power to put in/out.
