Exterior: Damage to front corners, under the slideout, and to the front door/handle. Fiberglass rippled in the rear.

Interior: Floor is soft with homemade floorboards. Ceiling shows signs of water damage. Missing ceiling vent screen. See pictures for details.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. No propane tanks. Only has leveling jacks on the front end.
