Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof is soft in areas and the skylight is leaking over the shower. Weathered caulking around corners and windows. Left rear skirting is dented behind fender.

Interior: Wall around living area slideout is damaged. Floor is soft around the slideout and left side of bed. Normal wear from use.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Rear slideout does not operate.
