Exterior: Delamination on both sides, crack in fiberglass above slideout, and the rear bumper is bent. Front right slideout is water damaged. Roof has possible leaks.

Interior: Floor soft/water damaged in entryway and hall leading to front bedroom. Water damage above right slideout in front bedroom. Missing mattress. Wear to furniture. Signs of previous pets (odor/dander). See pictures for details.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Water and plumbing damage. Hot water heater cracked (from not being winterized). Only able to drain plumbing system.
