Exterior: Bent wheel fender, plate light hanging, and the awning is torn. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Missing a bed cushion.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Slideout does not operate. There is a torn wire with a broken connector that goes to one of the slideout motors.
