Exterior: Fiberglass is sunfaded with oxidation. Missing a compartment and shower door. Hot water heater lid does not stay closed. Awning arms are tied shut and the weather stripping on the rear is peeling.
Interior: Damage to kitchen woodwork, couch is worn/upholstery faded, and wrinkled ceiling panels by trim. Broken skylight above shower, torn wallpaper in the closet, and the shower pan is stained. Loose wires coming out of the wall. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. |
