Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Decals peeling, discoloration, broken speaker grille, and the awning has tears on both ends. Paint damage on the right skirting.
Interior: The screen door has holes and the plastic slider is cracked. Carpet has been removed from the slideout, bedroom, and bedroom stairs. Missing radio, mattresses, and living area furniture. Damaged valances on windows. Paint and flooring have been added, but not finished. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
