Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Tape adhesive around windows/skirting. Right upper front is delaminated, awning canopy is worn, and the screen door is torn. Water heater cover and fiberglass around is burnt.

Interior: Cigar/nicotine odor/stains. Front bedroom's upper right wall is water damaged and the sofa/recliner is missing. Carpet is worn down to the wood in living areas with pet urine.

Mechanical: Missing battery and propane tanks. Right slideout sounds like gears are stripped and will not move by switch or manually. While winterizing, the toilet line leaked. Possible other hidden plumbing damages.
