Mechanical: Does not start. Appears engine is a 305/350, not sure if matching (engine number on block is J4093630). Carburetor, headers, exhaust system, battery, starter, and headlights are missing. Might be other parts missing. Tried to turn engine over by hand and would not spin. No coolant was in radiator. Mileage does not seem correct, may have been rolled over or a new odometer.
