Tire Condition: Worn / 25% tread.

Exterior: Roof is dented/pushed in with a crack on the front. Skirting is damaged, broken side lights, awning torn off, and a few cracks in the right walls. Tongue and step are bent. Toolboxes are bent/pushed in.

Interior: Few cabinet doors are broken at the hinges/detached.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced (no interior power, powers up from shore power). Hydraulic jacks work, but don't go all the way down.
