Exterior: Stickers peeling. Oxidation. Dent on left side of roof. The awning, fiberglass on front right, jack foot, propane cover, and ladder's lower steps are missing. View pictures for details.

Interior: Rear slide-out trim needs to be re-secured. Bedroom carpet worn. Water damage on right of bedroom. Fuse box door secured with tape. Stains on carpet in living room and kitchen.

Mechanical: No keys. The battery needs a replacement. Must jump slide motor directly to operate slide.
