Tire Condition: Cracked / 50% tread.
Exterior: Damage to front corners/holes in fiberglass. Front is delaminating and the rear awning arm is damaged. Subfloor under rear slideout is damaged/falling apart. View photos for details.
Interior: Water damaged. Floor is soft in the rear. Mold/mildew.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Slideouts do not operate. No power to the rear slideout. Front slideout sticks after extending 1-2 inches.
