Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Paint peeling/faded on the front. Main awning is weathered, areas of delamination, and missing the front jack.

Interior: Seats are worn in the living area.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Bedroom slideout does not operate and is stuck open. Rear axle and leaf spring hangers are broken through the frame. Frame is rusted and will need repair. Unit was struck by lightning. Recommend hauling away.
