Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.
Exterior: Corrosion forming on the tongue and missing the battery cover. Rear bumper and rear left corner are bent. Damage to the door frame near the handle and rear aluminum siding. Scratches and dings.
Interior: Damage to the door latch and kitchen table. Kitchen countertop is bubbling, scratches/scuffs in cabinetry, and a few screw holes in the walls. Kitchen cabinet has a washer/dryer installed and appears to have spray foam on the left side of unit. Right bunkroom window appears to have a leak and the wall is beginning to show signs of water damage. Missing mattress. Carpet stained in areas. See pictures for details.
Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced. Propane tanks missing.
