Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Missing right wheel flare. Rear exterior is delaminated. Scratches/sun faded. See pictures for details.

Interior: Floors are springy. Bathroom door is missing about 4" from the top. Scratches/scuffs in woodwork.

Mechanical: Battery needs to be replaced. Toilet does not flush, shower drain is bubbled up/silicone in place, and the front jack stand is loose/possibly will fall out.
