Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Corrosion forming on tongue and leveling jacks. Electric jack cap is missing. Front side is showing delamination. Paint and graphics are fading in some areas. Scratches and scuffs. Roof is sagging over primary bedroom. See photos for details.

Interior: Rear wall is bubbling and the floor is soft. Dinette legs are loose.
