Description: 2013 Crossroads Sunset Trail 270BH equipped with a 7,614 GVWR, 2-5/16" coupler, fiberglass exterior, one slideout, master bedroom, bunks, full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread.

Exterior: Roof is soft in areas. Damage to the right corner of slideout, dent in the right rear corner, and delamination in areas. Trim caulk and diamond plate are weathered. Missing graphics and jack cap. Corrosion forming on the tongue. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Interior: Dining area seating is peeling, stains in the carpets, and the floor is soft in the kitchen/bathroom. Bathroom flooring has been replaced and does not sit properly with other flooring. Ceiling appears damaged over bathroom.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be charged/replaced.
