Exterior: Roof wavy/soft/leaks. Delaminating on left side and rear. Front left window broken out. Right front leveling jack missing. See photos for details.

Interior: Front storage compartment floor rotting/water damaged. Walls soft around rear slideout and behind couch. Floor has been replaced and walls repainted. Two rear bunk mattresses missing. See photos.
