Exterior: Roof damage with cracks/holes completely through. Moderate dings/scratches/sun fading.

Interior: Water damage in front. Soft floors throughout. Front couch has wear and arrived water logged. Bench seats have normal wear, but bases are coming apart. Shower head missing. See photos.

Mechanical: Some interior lights don't work, but stereo, heater/AC and microwave operate. Battery needs to be replaced.
