Tire Condition: Good / 100% tread.
Exterior: Dents, scuffs and scratches. Awning removed/holes in aluminum where awning was attached. Rust on one leveling jack. Spare rack bent. Straps holding skirting on. Subfloor trim on front left slide needs repairing. Dent in diamond plate in front, and lower trim on back right corner. See photos.
Interior: Minor wear and staining. Sliding door off glides. Closet doors removed/stored on bed.
Mechanical: Battery needs to be charged/replaced (unhooked and stored in storage compartment). No propane tanks. NO KEYS.
