Tire Condition: Good / 50% tread

Exterior: Light scuffs and scratches. The tongue jack foot and right side fender trim are missing. Left side fender trim is damaged, aluminum siding on rear needs re-securing, the awning is torn, and there's a deep scratch on the right side skirting. View pictures for details.

Interior: Sink handle is broken. Slideout trim, kitchen bonds, master bedroom blinds, and bathroom door are damaged. Vinyl flooring is delaminating in the kitchen. Staining on dinette chairs.

Mechanical: No keys. Battery needs to be replaced.
